MERRY CHRISTMAS!

Christmas is the best time of the year! Not only because you get to spend tons of time with family and friends, but it is also the time of year that we celebrate our Lord's birth! I was at a Christmas Eve's service last night and i was just amazed. Many times during the year and even at Christmas, we go around not thinking about any one but ourselves or what people are going to get us! I myself am convicted on how much i think of me. This next year i am striving to think of others and also to think of how much the Lord has done for me in my life. So many times i forget that he saved my soul and has blessed me and my family so much throughout my lifetime. God has been SO GOOD! i feel so unworthy every time i think about how He loved me so much to die for me! I know its not Christmas anymore but i hope that for the rest of this holiday season and ALL the time you will remember Christ and how much He loves each and every one so much that he died for you and wants you to invite him into your life to be your Lord and Savior! Won't you invite him in??

Notebooks/Finals

This will probably be the last time i post until i get home for Christmas break! I AM GOING HOME ON DECEMBER 6TH. I can't wait! I have been up since Sunday morning because of so many things that we have had due this week! But PRAISE THE LORD that i have all my notebooks printed out and i just have to put them in the notebooks tonight - so hopefully i will get soome sleep tonight - hopefully! But finals start on Thursday and after that....i go home!!! well i'll post more pictures later!

Happy Thanksgiving!!

My Thanksgiving has been AWESOME(even tho i stayed on campus)!
We were able to leave school on Wednesday @ 7 o'clock in the morning! Mostly Everyone left and all was peacefully quiet! It was so nice.... I got a ton of laundry done(which i had been needing to do) and then did some homework. My dorm parents had invited me to go to their home to have dinner with them..so i did! They picked me up @ 5 PM and it was great, we had ham, corn, green beans, rolls, and much more...it was so good. We ended the night by playing Dominoes. Then they took me back to my dorm @ 10:30 PM.
TODAY was the weirdest Thanksgiving but tons of fun! It started when Elizabeth called me to see when i wanted to come over. Then i went up and talked to Kellie (whose parents couldn't come up because they were sick)! Kellie and i had a fun morning with a dog on our front porch(who we almost brought in but he was wet!)! So we talked a bunch till Liz called me again telling me she was coming in 5 minutes. So i got my stuff together and then remembered that i never told Kellie, happy thanksgiving...i then gave her a hug and walked out the door!
I went with Liz and Shiloh(her poodle) to her house! We sat around for a little then went to Cracker Barrell for lunch! We then went back to Liz's house and watched Elf and sat online! IT HAS BEEN AWESOME! I LOVE IT! AND I'M STILL ENJOYING IT!!!!!

It's FINALLY happened...

I AM GOING TO ALABAMA TODAY! It is Ministry Weekend and Amber invited me to go with her to her house for the weekend. So Amber, Alissa, and I are all going to Ambers! Its going to be an awesome weekend...i will take some pics and post them on here later!

White Glove, Missions Village, Missions Conference

First let me start with White Glove: While trying to build a missions village the week before missions conference they decided Thursday night that we needed a white glove on Friday morning. So we cleaned for hours....Well since Amber and I had been there at the beginning of the year when Mrs Norman taught the RA's to clean, Kellie gave us an easy job so we could help her. I decided to clean Kellie's room, while Amber decided to clean her bathroom. after a little while we heard a scream.....well here is what we found.....Nice huh?
Ok, so the Missions conference was AWESOME! It was such a blessing! The Lord spoke to my heart SO much! Here are some pictures from the Missions Villages....

blah blah blah...

so lots of things have been happening, it has been SO crazy! My college was having a Golf Tournament and guess who was the secretary of the tournament....yup you guessed YOURS TRULY! so that has stressed me out.....then my RA kinda go mad at us because we played a practical joke that kinda went bad....i have a picture of what we did. It was so awesome...I love my RA!
So Jen(the one with the blue on) and i decided to move our RA's bed into the living room. And Sheena and Britt decided to get in on the action.
Well i had 3 papers due today so i stayed up till 12:30 and was then forced by my RA to go to bed and then woke up @ 4:40 and i had finished my 2 page paper right at midnight but i still had to do a book report(and read the book) so in an hour i sped read 90 pages in the book, but i finished it on time. The 3rd paper is due @ noon but its only due for extra credit today so i have till Tuesday to get it done (Praise the Lord!).
Well i've got a class soon, work after that, then UT.....Then TONS of homework! So y'all have fun and until i type again!

Tons of activity

Well classes have been in session for about 3 weeks or more now...i am finally getting into a routine of events! I wake up @ 5, go to school from 7:30 - 2:00, work from 2:00 - 5:00...then its homework till 2:30 AM..its a rough life..not really...its AWESOME!
I work for The Crown College of the Bible as my one teachers secretary! Its a lot work but its a blast!

So funny story...on my birthday...August 29....a friend of mine (who i wanted to kill) went up to the guy i like...and told him he needed to come tell me happy birthday (i wanted to die) and he didn't (which i knew he wouldn't). So i was thoroughly embarrassed because last year they went and told him that i liked him....and that was bad enough that he now knows....but its ok..it was funny..just embarrassing...:-D

Dinner

Well stupid me went off without my camera with me...so i don't have any pictures of this wonderful night...

My parents decided to take me out to eat tonight for my 19th birthday (which isn't for another 20 days....but i'm not going to be home for it). So i got to choose where we went so i told them Sakura...its a little Japanese restaurant in the area. It was so good...Its one of the ones that they cook in front of you...well as the guy was cooking...he threw the pepper in the air and it came right at us and knocked over my dads drink...it was funny...but scary...

Needless to say...i left there STUFFED! I know this is short but not more to update

So i went shopping and found the perfect dress! I thought it was gorgeous....yes i know if i am going to wear it for banquet i have to get a jacket...but i just bought the dress tonight!! But i love the dress!This is the train...yes i said train...of my dress going down the stairs of my house...

Wedding and HersheyPark

So last weekend...7-7-07....we went to a family reunion(my dad's side....i didn't take pictures...i didn't want to torture you all!) and my cousin (my mom's side) wedding! It was a gorgeous day for a wedding! Then this weekend i went to Hershey Park with my best friend, Natalie, and my family! It was awesome!!! Here are the pictures from the two weekends!

News from Camp all the way to now....

Well it has been a long time since i posted and you all are probably wondering if i had dropped off the face of the earth or something like that...but no i'm here and finally posting for you all! :-)
Lets start with camp....I had SO much fun....my sister had me watching her three little munchkins (who are adorable...) but i took tons of photos! I'm only going to put a couple up tho just because i have so much more to discuss in this blog....

I had the privilege to be able to help in Vacation Bible School! It was so much fun! I was helping with the teenagers...and these pics are of the teenagers and adult helpers...

Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania....well this was a CRAZY night...after my cousin, Ryan's wedding... me, my grandma, great aunt, uncle, and their 2 granddaughters went to downtown Pittsburgh...at 10 PM... we were all hungry since we only ate a little at the wedding so we went to the Hard Rock Cafe and had some food...it was yummy....then we went site seeing in the dark with only the lights of the city to guide us....and since i grew up in Pitts...i pretty much acted as tour guide...lol fun times...

Where to begin...we went to Cici's Pizza this past Sunday after night church...well they were making fun of me because i was taking random pictures...then they embarrassed me by trying to play matchmaker with the manager of the place...and all the other guys they could think of...but it was funny!
Last but not least mom and i walked down the to Spring here in town and saw all the ducks and fish....the ducks were so cute and there were some cute babies....now the fish i was told were Goldfish...BUT THEY ARE HUGE!!!
Well i know this one was long...but i had to update you all on what i've been doing for the past month! Enjoy....and please be praying for me as i have my wisdom teeth removed on Tuesday!!
